Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is given that Scorpion Lounge Ltd (16386925) have applied to the Licensing Authority of Waltham Forest Borough Council to vary the premises licence at: Scorpion Bar & Lounge 7 Hall Lane, Chingford, London E4 8HH with regard to the following: To amend the Licensing Plan of the premises. To permit the use of the extended Area for licensable activity 09:00 until 23:00 Mon to Sun.

The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London EI7 4JF or via email: Licensing@walthamforestgov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 25 September 2025.
