NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Mouse and Grape Ltd
AT THE PREMISES KNOWN AS: Mouse and Grape Ltd, 118–120 Marsh Road, Pinner, Harrow, HA5 5NA has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a variation of the existing premises licence.
The proposed change in the licence is:
We are applying to vary our premises licence to include the sale and service of alcohol in two additional areas: an outdoor seating area covered by a valid pavement licence, and the upstairs floor of our premises, which is being converted into additional customer seating. The outdoor area is directly in front of the shop and will be used for seated customers to enjoy food and drink served from inside. The upstairs space, accessible via an internal staircase, will operate as an extension of our current offering, allowing us to serve alcohol in a relaxed seated environment. Both areas are in close proximity to the existing licensed premises and will be managed in accordance with our licensing objectives, with appropriate measures in place to promote public safety and prevent public nuisance. Anyone wishing to make representations towards this application can do so by submitting a representation by writing to the Head of Licensing, HCH, Central Depot, Forward Drive, HA3 8FL or by email to licensing@harrow.gov.uk. These representations must be made no later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of these representations will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
