APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Boxpark Limited has applied in respect of Boxpark, 4 Decking Areas on the First Floor, 2-10 Bethnal Green Road, Hackney, London, E1 6GY for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To permit a non-standard timing on New Year’s Eve for all licensable activities and opening hours. The new timings shall be as follows: Non-Standard Timings - New Year’s Eve: from the end of permitted hours until 02:00am the following morning. The premises shall then close at 02:30am. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 1 October 2025 to the London Borough of Hackney Licensing Authority at Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY or via email to licensing@hackney.gov.uk . It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
