What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Merton to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit 101, Wimbledon Quarter, 4 Queens Road, Wimbledon, SW19 8ND. The application includes the following terms:- To vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 07:00 to 00:00 hours each day.

A record of this application may be inspected by appointment at Merton Civic Centre email: licensing@merton.gov.uk, telephone 020 8545 3969 Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 2nd Floor Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Section by 30th September 2025. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
