NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Sobeya Akhtar, of Stafford Fastfood Ltd, with a registered address of Tigerbite Stafford, 7-8 Mill Street, Stafford, ST16 2AJ, has made an application for a Premises Licence for the Sale of Hot Food, for Home Delivery Only, from rear of the property Held at: Tigerbite Stafford, 7-8 Mill Street, Stafford, ST16 2AJ

For the following days / hours

Monday from 23:00 to 03:00

Tuesday from 23:00 to 03:00

Wednesday from 23:00 to 03:00

Thursday from 23:00 to 03:00

Friday from 23:00 to 03:00

Saturday from 23:00 to 03:00

Sunday from 23:00 to 03:00

Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to the Licensing Officer, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice.

Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. Closing Date for any representations is Friday 10th October 2025

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
