What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Wandsworth Council for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 59 High Street, Putney, London, SW15 1SP.

The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 hours each day, and for the 7 days before Christmas day each year, between 0600 to 0000 hours.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 1 October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
