NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Harmit Singh Luthra of 99 Balmoral Drive, Hayes, UB4 0DB has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the GRANT of Sale by retail of alcohol-off the premises from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 to 23:00 for the premises Rockingham Ltd situated at 61 Old Brompton Road, SW7 3JS.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/ licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, give in detail the ground of objection by 29/09/2025

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer re-quests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.
