LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I, Suk Bahadur Gurung, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at Himalayan Spice London and known as 131 Uxbridge Road, London, W13 9AU.

The application is for the supply of alcohol on the premises, and for the playing of recorded music. Monday to Saturday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 12:00pm to 10:30pm.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 2nd October 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_ trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
