APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited has applied in respect of Taco Bell, Unit 3 Ehringhausen Way, Haverhill, CB9 0ER for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Late night refreshment from 23:00h to 00:00h Sunday through to Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant) and from 23:00h to 01:00h the following morning Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday for delivery collection (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight). Opening hours to be from 09:00h until 00:00h Sunday to Thursday and from 09:00h until 01:00h the following morning Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday. After 00:00h on Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday the premises will operate a delivery collection service only. (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight). A copy of this application may be viewed at West Suffolk Council, West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds IP33 3YU. Interested parties and responsible authorities may
make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any
of the four licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to West Suffolk Council (as the Licensing
Authority) at the above address, or by email to licensing@westsuffolk.gov.uk Date by which representations may be
made to the Licensing Authority: By the end of: 10th October 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
