CONTROL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENTS
I, Gary Cook hereby give notice that, in accordance with Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, on 12th September 2025, I have applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for the grant of a licence to enable me to carry on the business of a Sex Shop at premises know as Adult Pleasure Zone, 16 Broad Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HP.
The proposed days and hours being:- Monday to Saturday 9.30 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Any person wishing to object to the application should submit representations in writing to City of Wolverhampton, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by no later than 19th October 2025.
