What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Mr Dvineet Singh Grover has applied to Brent Council for Premises Licence.

Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail sale of alcohol (Off Sales): Sunday – Thursday: 09:00 – 23:00, Friday – Saturday: 09:00 – 00:00.

For the following premises: Food & Wine, 291 Kilburn Lane, London W9 3EG.

Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.brent.gov.uk or by contacting the licensing team on 020 8637 5359. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Regulatory Services (Licensing), Brent Council, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ in writing or via email: business.licence@brent.gov.uk by 03/10/2025 stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
