Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Wychavon District Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at King Georges Way, Pershore, WR10 1FQ.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

The record of the application is available for inspection by appointment. Please call us on 01905 822799 for an appointment. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk at any time up to and including 2nd October 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
