What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Seven Stars at Gospel End Road, Sedgley, West Midlands, DY3 3LT.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To remove narrative endorsed upon the Licence which is unenforceable.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing Environment, Licensing Services, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd October 2025 (www.dudley.gov.uk).

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
