Licensing Act 2003: Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Red Chilli Restaurant and Bar Limited, 2F High Street, Wollaston, DY8 4NH. Proposed activities to be carried on or from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail on and off the premises Sunday–Thursday 12.00–23.00, Friday & Saturday 12.00–00.00; Late Night Refreshment Friday & Saturday 23.00–00.00.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday–Friday except public holidays).

An online summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between 05/09/2025 and 02/10/2025 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
