Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan,WN1 3DS or by email: licensing@ wigan.gov.uk no later than 08.10.25 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
