Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of South Gloucestershire Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Riverside Retail Park, Yate, BS37 4AY.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
