To allow the supply of alcohol to 00:00 until 24:00 every day. The opening hours to be 00:00 until 24:00 every day.
Any representations must be made to: Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road,, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs ST5 1BL or by email to licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk.
The representations must fall within one or more of the Council’s Licensing Objectives which are: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.
Representations must be made in writing on or before: - 10th October 2025 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
