NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that we, R Coffee Limited have applied on 5th September 2025 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: Reggies, 179 Ashley Road, Hale WA15 9SD Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise:

Sale / Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday: From 10.00 to 22.00; Public Holidays: From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

Other times when the Premises is open: Monday to Sunday: From 08.00 to 22.00; Public Holidays: From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to:

Licensing Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority, and by the 3rd October 2025
