Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 2UH. The record of the application may be inspected during normal 'office hours' at the councils above address and or at any time on the council website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
