APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE-NOTICE 

Take notice that Rita Caputo made application on 28 August 2025 

Postal name and address of premises: 23 Dunstall Street, Scunthorpe, DN15 6LD For the said premises to be used for the purpose of: Italian Family Restaurant. 

Supply of Alchool On & Off the Premises: Tuesday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs *only with a table meal. 

Hours open to public : Tuesday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs 

A responsible authority or any other person may make representation in writing to: Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council's Licensing Division". stating the grounds of objection. For guidance, the 'Licensing Policy' can be found on the North Lincolnshire website www.northlincs.gov.uk 

The application setting out the full details can be viewed by appointment at Church Square House, 09:30hrs to 16:30hrs Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
