The premises is a retail shop with display refrigerators for sale of alcohol for offsite consumption Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours: Sale of alcohol: Monday to Saturday: 09:30 – 19:00 Sunday: 12:00 – 17:00.

Date to make representations by: 7th October 2025

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine
