What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE PER LICENSING ACT 2003

TAKE NOTICE that PIZZA SHACK have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as:

Pizza SHACK, 601A Wakefield Road, Waterloo, Huddersfield, Kirklees, HD5 9XP

FOR 
•The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
•The provision of late-night refreshment off the premises
• Every day from 17:00 to 00:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 3rd October 2025

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
