Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to Guildford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Guildford Ladymead, Unit 5, Ladymead Retail Park, Guildford, GU1 1AJ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours are 24 Hours Monday to Sunday.

If you wish to object to this application, you must do so in writing to the Licensing Unit at the Council Offices or by e-mail to licensing@guildford.gov.uk by 3rd October 2025 after which date, no objections will be considered.
