NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
SB Islington Ltd hereby gives notice that it has applied to the Licensing Authority at Islington Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 74 Upper Street, London, N1 0NY. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises 10:00 to 02:00, Monday to Sunday; regulated entertainment 10:00 to 02:00, Monday to Sunday; late night refreshment 23:00 to 02:00. Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than: 3rd October 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
