Notice is given that Nico Ratanavong has applied to Islington Council to vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: To Open a Japanese Bar and Restaurant that provisions to do the following licensable activities 1. The Sale of and consumption of Alcohol on premises 2. The playing of recorded music 3. The Sale of and Providing late-night refreshments on premises On the following days and times: Monday to Thursday and Sunday between 16:00-00:00, Friday and Saturday between 16:00-01:00 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 02/10/2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
