LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

On September 4th 2025, University of Arts, London applied to Islington Council for a new premises licence at Sketch House, 36 Clifton Terrace, Finsbury Park, London, N4 3TD, The application is to permit the sale of alcohol from 15:00 until 22:30 Monday to Friday.

The public will not be admitted save for pre-booked community events. The application can be viewed during normal working hours at the Licensing Authority, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR or at www.islington.gov.uk.

Any person may make a representation in writing no later than October 2nd 2025 addressed to the Licensing Authority above or by email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
