LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Soho Estates Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 04 September 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 19-20 Irving Street, London, WC2H 7AU for the provision of recorded music from 10:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 00:00 Sunday, the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 23:30 Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 22:30 Sunday, plus non standard timings, on the same terms as premises licence 24/04573/LIPT, and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 02 October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
