What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Kirsty Barrett applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 19th August 2025 for a licence to use the premises at 19 Main Street Haworth BD22 8DA for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0900-2300. Representations should be made in writing to the licensing team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge road, Bradford BD7 1PU no later than 26th September. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 900-1700 Monday to Thursday and 900-1630 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
