NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
PARTNERSHIP ACT 1890 - BIRMINGHAM PROJECT PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 36 of the Partnership Act 1890 by Peter Ligertwood and Zyox Limited (CRN: 02270075) (Partners), as the former Partners of Birmingham Project Partnership (Partnership), that the Partnership made by agreement on 31st August 2007 in England and Wales ceased to carry on its business and was dissolved with effect from 16 July 2025 and the capital contributions and assets of the Partnership have been distributed to the Partners accordingly and that the Partnership has been wound up.
