What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Shepherd Neame Ltd of 17 Court Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AX have applied to Woking Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Cricketers, Horsell Birch, Horsell, Woking, Surrey, GU21 4XB as follows: To extend the hours for sale of alcohol to accommodate a breakfast service from 9am each day. All other hours and activities to remain as existing.
Details of the application may be seen by contacting Woking Council - licensing@woking.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to The Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL.
The last date for objections is the 9th October 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
