What is proposed?

We Nature’s Window Brewery give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of 10 Passage Street, Fowey, Cornwall, PL23 1DE
The application is to : Produce and sell alcohol not limited to beer. Only to be consumed solely on site, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 12:00 and 22:30, with the site open until 23:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 9th October 2025  
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.  Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.     Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
