Carr Lane - Application for Grant of Premises Licence

PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE 

TAKE NOTICE that Run the Mill Ltd (trading as Acorn & Pip, a Community Interest Company) has applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as: Acorn & Pip, 6-7 Carr Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5AN 

For: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 22:00 (With non-standard hours: from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day). Live music (indoors):Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 22:00 Recorded music (indoors): Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 22:00 

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Office if they believe that the proposed activities would undermine the licensing objectives.

All representations must be received by 02/10/2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
