What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Bootle Arms at Rock Lane, Melling, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 1EN. The application includes the following terms:- 

1. Variation to include external areas as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority, to reflect the same hours already permitted. 

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Unit, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 3NJ. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd October 2025 (www.sefton.gov.uk) 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
