Name of applicant: Hotel Chocolat Retail Limited of Hotel Chocolat Unit 47a Merry Hill Centre, Brierley, Dudley DY5 1QX.
Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises: The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday both on and off the premises between the following hours 08.00am until 21.00pm during December and Christmas the hour is extended until 22.00pm.

or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 5th September 2025 and 2nd October 2025 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing,
Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
