What is proposed?

TAKE NOTICE that we, Hargrave Village Hall (Charity No: 247718) have applied to West Suffolk Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as: Hargrave Village Hall, Bury Road, Hargrave, Suffolk, IP29 5HP, for:

- Alcohol Sales Off & On Premises: Monday to Sunday

10:00 – 23:30

- Live Music (In/Outdoors), Recorded Music (In/Outdoors)

and Perform Dance (In/Outdoors): Monday to Sunday

13:00 – 00:00

- Exhibit Film (Indoors): Monday to Sunday 07:00 – 23:00

- Seasonal Variations: Alcohol Sales Off & On Premises,

Live Music (In/Outdoors) & Recorded Music (In/Outdoors):

New Year's Eve terminal hour 00:30.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to West Suffolk Licensing at licensing@westsuffolk.gov.uk by 9 October 2025.

Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
