Notice is hereby given that Samuel Selwyn-Gotha has applied for the variation of a premises licence to North Hertfordshire District Council for under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect to Gotha Gardens and Pembroke Farm Cafe, Pembroke Farm, Slip End, Baldock SG7 6SQ.
This application is for a change of premises licence operational hours and sale of alcohol for Fri from existing hours of 10:00 to 17:00 to 10:00 to 22:00 and Sat from 10:00 to 17:00 to 10:00 to 22:00. The premises licence operation hours for Sun and Mon will remain the same. The reason for extending existing licencing hours is the provision of dinner service from 7 pm at a maximum capacity of 10 people indoors in the stable. There would be NO loud music and NO entertainment - NO change of pace or tranquillity for the surroundings.
Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to North Hertfordshire District Council, Licensing P O Box 10613, Nottingham, NG6 6DW or by email to licensing@north-herts.gov.uk by no later than 28 09 2025. All relevant representations, including names and addresses, will be supplied to the applicant and included in a public report. The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal working hours by prior appointment only or can be viewed on the Council public register available online at www.north-herts.gov.uk
