What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT REBECCA WINTER has applied to the North Warwickshire Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of: SOHO 9 LIMITED 7 THE COURTYARD AT MIDDLETON MIDDLETON B78 2AE 

To serve alcoholic beverages Wednesday to Sunday 11am - 4pm Monday 11am - 4pm.

Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Administration, North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1DE (Tel: 01827 715341) or Email licensing@northwarks.gov.uk WITHIN 28 DAYS specifying the ground of opposition.

The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. 

Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
