Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to the Carmarthenshire County Council on 5th September 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Tesco Car Park, Ffordd William Walker, Ammanford, SA18 2LR. The application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00–05:00. The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices below on the following dates and times:-

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:45am - 5:00pm; Fridays 08:45am - 4:30pm. Representations must be made in writing and submitted no later than 3rd October 2025 to:- Head of Homes & Safer Communities,

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
