NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Gateshead Football Club Limited Gateshead International Stadium Neilson Road, Gateshead, NE10 0EF
Notice is given that Gateshead Football Club Ltd have applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority to Vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Variation requested is as follows: Annex 2, Condition 18 to be amended to include the updated areas displayed as part of the new plan. Annex 2, Condition 23 to be amended to read: The sale and consumption of alcohol will be permitted in view of the pitch with exception to those games prohibited by way of The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.
Addition of Live and Recorded Music (indoors and outdoors) Monday - Sunday: 10:00 - 23:00 hours Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises) Monday - Sunday: 10:00 - 23:00 hours.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or licensing@gateshead.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 29 September 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
