Application is made by Nagahushanam Kanumilli on 04/09/2025 for Chit n Chaat, Unit 3, Lower Level, Greys Quarter, Intu Eldon Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7AP for a premises licence to provide the following activities: Proposed licensable activities to be carried on at the premises: Recorded music & Supply of Alcohol - Between The Hours Of: Monday 12:00 Till 23:00 Tuesday 12:00 Till 23:00 Wednesday 12:00 Till 23:00 Thursday 12:00 Till 23:00 Friday 12:00 Till 23:00 Saturday 12:00 Till 23:00 Sunday 12:00 Till 22:00.

Representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH or by e-mail to: licensing@newcastle.gov.uk on or before: 03/10/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
