Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence 

Licensing Act 2003 

An application has been made by Hasan TABATABAIAN, to Birmingham City Council, the relevant Licensing Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: Palermo, 103 Alcester Road, Birmingham, B13 8DD to allow the following activities to take Place: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) Monday – Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00hrs.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or by email: licensing@ birmingham.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 06/10/2025.

A copy of the application is kept by The Licensing Team and may be viewed, by appointment, during office hours at the above address Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, or via the online public register accessed via weblink: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is unlimited.
