Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
We, Bake Away Bristol Ltd., of 16 Chandos Road, Bristol, BS6 6PE, have submitted an application for the grant of a premises licence to Bristol City Council.
The record of the application may be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday, except Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, or on the Council's website at www.bristol.gov.uk.
Details of application: Sale of alcohol: Tuesday-Thursday 17:00-22:45, Friday-Saturday 17:00-23:45 Opening hours: Tuesday-Thursday 17:00-23:00, Friday-Saturday 17:00-24:00.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the Licensing Authority by 3 October 2025. Such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
