Notice of application to vary a premises licence Notice is hereby given that Anandarajah Sasitharan has applied to Wirral Council to vary the premises licence as follows: 1) Removal of condition 10 at Annex 2: Between 02:00 & 07:00 the premises must be closed to customers and sales of alcohol between those times must only be by way of a pre-order delivery service. The application is available for inspection at: https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations Or by contacting: Licensing Department, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED. Email: licensing@wirral.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by: 29th September 2025.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
