Notice of application for a Premises Licence 

Applicant: Kastriot Haxhiaj. Premises: West Side Lounge. 1st Floor, 151 Rolfe Street, Smethwick B66 2AU. The licensable activities will be for: Monday - Sunday. Sale of alcohol ‘‘On’’ premises 0800 – 0300 hrs, Regulated Entertainment 2300 -0300 hrs Late Night Refreshment 2300 - 0300 hrs.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 7 October 2025. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. All representations regarding this application must be in writing and sent to: General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
