NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
(Gladys Lum applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 07/08/2025 a licence to use the premises at (8 North Parade, BD1 3HT for - the sale by retail of alcohol from Sundays to Thursday from 11:00-3am, Friday and Saturday from 11:00-04am / provision of regulated entertainment from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00-03am and from Friday to Saturday from 11:00-04am / provision of late night refreshment from 23:00-03am from Sunday to Thursday, 23:00-4am from Friday to Saturdays, open to the public from Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 -3am , Friday to Saturday from 11:00-4am).
Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by (date - must be 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council). Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
