What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is hereby given that JH Korean Taste Ltd has applied to Exeter City Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises to be known as ReaL Korea, 28 South Street, Exeter, EX1 1EB. 

The application is for the following licensable activities: - Sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 23:00 - The playing of recorded music from Monday to Sunday between 11:00 and 23:00 

Further information can be viewed on the application at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours, or at 'Applications in Progress' on the Exeter City Council website. 

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be made in writing and must be received no later than 1st October 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
