What is proposed?

I, Siân Beusch, have applied to Torridge District Council for a premises licence certificate for Brexworthy Farm and Holiday Cottages, Bradworthy, Holsworthy, EX22 7TR under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is for the sale of alcohol to, and the consumption by, guests residing in the holiday accommodation: the general public will not be permitted on the premises for the consumption of alcohol. Bottles of wine will be sold to the general public for consumption off the premises.
Representations about the application must be made in writing to The Licensing Unit, Torridge District Council, Riverbank House, Bideford, Devon EX39 2QG, website www.torridge.gov.uk no later than 7 October 2025.
The application may be viewed at the Council Offices, Riverbank House, Bideford between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
