What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Collective Events Ltd in respect of Premises known as Autumn Lights, Elvington Airfield, Elvington, York, YO41 4XS has applied to City of York Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to seek approval of a change to a condition from ‘The Premises Licence will be limited to one event, over one day, per year, with a maximum capacity of 6,000’, to ‘The Premises Licence will be limited to one event, over one day, per year, with a maximum capacity of 9,999’.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by City of York Council, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk, no later than 1 October 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of City of York Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.york.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
