Application has today been made to Calderdale MB Council for a Premises Licence by Ripponden Market Ltd for: 224 Halifax Road, Ripponden, SOWERBY BRIDGE HX6 4BG Proposed licensable activities: Off Sale of Alcohol – 07:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY Interested parties andresponsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believethat the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applicationsmay be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, HALIFAX HX1 1UJ by 02/10/25.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address duringnormal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement inconnection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
