NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Nigel Ernest Blythe has applied for a premises licence in relation to Bretons Manor Ltd. 411 Rainham Road, Rainham, RM13 7LP, to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
The sale of alcohol, soft drinks & other beverages & snacks to the local community, including users of Bretons Manor Hall.
Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 23rd September 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
